City To City using African time?

On Monday 1st July 2013 I travelled from Cape Town to Umtata, the bus departed on time but a window next to the driver's seat fell as the bus was approaching Mossel Bay. So the bus had could not get to the destination on time, changed buses twice, 1st in Port Elizabeth, then in East London. Whilst waiting for a new bus in PE, another City To City bus with a broken window arrived. The bus was supposed to arrive in Umtata after 14H00 but got there after 19H00. There were no taxis to my village at that time so I had and another traveller had to spend the night at the Police Station in Madeira, Umtata. Slept on the floor, very cold and uncomfortable. I couldn't even do what I travelled to Umtata for as I was late.

On the 3rd July 2013, I emailed sent an email to City To City customer care, address found on their website. I have yet to receive a reply from them.

On the 6th July 2013, I filed a complaint at the Cape Town Marine Drive office using their official complaint form. Still no reply. Will the response be delayed like the bus was?
