The most unreliable trans n cold hearted employees

I am beyond angry @ da appalling service. Departure time 8.30 on the 29/03, received sms that bus wil be 30 minutes late of which i went to go speak to the manager, he showed no remorse n wen I said their service is bad his own words were " thats your own prerogative and we won't refund u". Bus arrived @ 10.45. We got to dbn 7pm instead of 4.30, we had to take a cap that costs R250 as I was in a foreign city n wo knows wat cud have happend wit al da gadgets (laptop, camera n cell) I had on me. On da 01/04 bus was 3hrs late it was not a Greyhound bus-this time it was some no name bus. The jhb driver that took over at Montrose was driving, over taking cars, driving on 110-115 km/hr. I asked the attendant to drop us off at commissioner street to take a cap home, she refused, rudly told me to sit down. Wen I got to the bus station i asked the Team leader 2 help 4us. He said there was nothing he could do, i asked him wat 2do as i cant be travelling alone as a woman with a 3 year old son @11pm, he said he doesn't knw-as usual. We walked to try look for a taxi and luckly found a cap which i paid R250.I work 4 Discovery Vitality n i will do all i can 4 us to pull out as a partner. U
