School rugby team traveled from Cape Town to Durban and back. Luggage were not on flight both to Durban and back at Cape Town. Offer no real solution for extra costs for the client to fetch luggage at airports. Call Center service is poor, never answer and when answering no proper phone manners. Call center also not able to give answers to simple questions like why, when, how, etc.
