I have had numerous problems with this club. From not being able to use my points. Never any places available in the Western Cape I have to book on the other side of the country if I don't want to loose my points. From day 1 it was only promises. Telling you can cancel when ever you want for a fee of R460. Will get tax exemption on your plan. I have lost points as I could not get a reservation. Fees going up. Consultants still phoning you to sell more points to you for R1500 a point but they cant buy mine at R500. Tried to cancel in the early days with promises they are sending the fax now to have it cancelled. Never happened. Have not skipped one payment to date. Signed the contract 7 years ago.
