I have been a Flexiclub member for years and I mean 20 years, but as soon as I was unable to continue with my membership I was treated like to say the least!

In July 2012 my husband was retrenched and we drastically had to cut down on luxuries. I phoned Flexiclub and informed them of my predicament. I was told to pay the amount outstanding on my account and then sell it. I contacted numerous resale companies but was to date unable to sell my points.

I have been contacted numerous times by accounts to make payment. DO THEY NOT MAKE NOTES ON FILE? I do not know what to do anymore! I've informed them that I cannot afford this anymore and I've been told that If it's not sold, I need to pay! NO ONE is willing to help me, I've sent mails explaining my whole predicament with Names and dates as to who I've spoken to. Today again I was phoned by a very rude consultant and on requesting her name I was put through to a "supervisor" who informed me to phone member services again! I am at my wits end, I call, I explain, I beg, I plead, I mail and I get to do it all over again cause NO ONE CARES, you don't pay you are and that's it!
