Everytime that we go to Trade Route Mall, the disability parking is always full and people that have new cars and dont have disabilities are always parking in the disability zone, my husband is disable so where are we suppose to park if inconsiderate people keep taking the parking. As for the security guards they dont know whether they are coming or going as they say they cant do anything about it, yet there are warning signs saying your tyres will be clamped and a fine of 300rand must be paid.
