What is happening to SAA

Hi,

We have been waiting for 4 months to resolve this query. We have had enough. We had a guy Zee assist us however he was unable to help.

(Martin Schultheiss - phoned the very next day to cancel his flights - and they said it would take 4-6 weeks to refund) No one has gotten back to us!

I battle to even get someone on the line - plus I have wasted so much money phoning and phoning!

Please can someone help!!!

Yes the refunds were finalized from the clearing date it should take - 3 to 4 working days to reflect on a passenger's credit card from the date of clearing :

All these refunds should be reflecting to the passenger's credit card by now.
