OVER 4.5 HOUR DELAY!!!

My fiance had to fly up to JHB for 2 days training last week returning on the 13th and the new company unfortunately made the terrible mistake of using Kulula MN603, because the only thing more ridiculous than claiming you saw a Unicorn is claiming you caught a Kulula flight on time... While you can understand an hour delay at the very worst she was delayed by well over 4, 5 hours, add this to the fact that she had to book in an hour before and then only got the sms she spent somewhere near 6 hours at OR Tambo, would have been quicker to hire a car and drive home. The staffs attitude was disgusting and she was told by the counter staff its not their problem the plane is delayed and they would offer nothing in compensation let alone some basic manners and understanding of frustration. Well im sorry was it her fault or any other passenger that it was delayed?? No i thought not, so they had every right to expect compensation for the disgraceful service or lack thereof from Kulula. I can honestly say everytime we try use Kulula its a complete stuff up. Maybe cut expenditure on useless adverts and reinvest in the planes and some maintenance!!!
