I called the call centre in Durban asked to cancel the contract and Aneline reponded by saying that I'm not allowed to cancel the contract, and I have read the terms and conditions of the contract, and no where it says one cannot cancel as I am sure that i will never use it. When I asked who do I speak to other than her, She advised me that I can write a letter to the board and email it to [Email Removed] which I did and have not received a responce yet. I would appreciate if I can get my refund of R6500.00 that I have paid already as we have not used the points at all, and I have stated clearly in the letter that I will not use it. Please help.
