This is a follow-up on a previous complaint but I couldn't give feedback on that request.
It only took 6 months but I finally got a response from QVC. Still not helpful at all.
After explaining to them that I have lost my job and have not been able to find a new one they informed me that they did not accept my request for cancellation as there "aren't sufficient grounds to accede to your request". Silly me assumed that I need to look after me and my family by ensuring that we have a roof over our heads and food on the table for as long as possible is more important. How could I have been so inconsiderate, of-course it is more important to pay my admin fee for a service I can't afford.
They gave me some other very useful information. A list of resellers where I can sell my points. Wow, I will get right on that. Oh wait... I have done that already. 2 years ago and I'm still stuck with these points.
