Good Day

My Dad arrived from the UK on Saturday the 2nd of March in Johannesburg, he then took a connecting flight from Johannesburg to East London. When he arrived in East London his luggage did not arrive with him, only to be told it had stayed in Johannesburg. Customs went throw his bags, broke the locks off only to the goods that where bought as gifts. This is not acceptable and we don't want the money back we want the stuff that was as you are unable to purchase it in South Africa.
