Bathroom flooded with wate

I'm writing this complaint from their bus from Nelspruit to Johannesburg. I need to use the emergency bathroom and I can't go in because there's lot of water on the bathroom floor. Now I have to wait until I get to Johannesburg almost an hour from now.
