We were booked in and showed the room, the lounge, and our bathroom which was located in the entrance hall. I asked her again who will be using this bathroom and she assured me that it will only be ourselves. We were astounded to see that the bathroom were being used by the other guests. There were children being bathed and dirty diapers on the floor. When approaching Michelle we were told that she cannot tell her guests that they cannot use the bath as their rooms only have showers. She also said that she will go and clean the bathroom but that we have to wait as she only has two hands and two feet. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the arrangement and reminded her of what she had said and the assurances she gave me. Her reply to this was that she is not prepared to argue with us but we were welcome to leave. She also told us that we have to pay for the night. I want to warn people that Michelle is an extremely rude, dishonest and unprofessional person with total disregard and disrespect towards her guests. The guest house is nothing like what is advertised on the webpage. The place looks and is very tacky.
