I am very pleased with the service of Elizabeth and Sarah who attended to me afer I reported that the watch I had bought aboard SAA in February this year (2013) was not working properly.
Elizabeth responded to my emails promptly and gave me directions to your offices as well as what I needed in order to have the watch replaced. When I got to the office I did not meet Elizabeth but met an equally considerate lady named Sarah who checked the watch and handed me a repalcement.
Kudos! Your future is definitely brighter!
