I originally complained about the lack of service from this company and after having posted my complaint on Hello Peter I did receive a telephone call apologising for the attitude of certain staff members. However, after all was said and done, we were promised a final reply no later than 25 February 2013. On Tuesday 26 February 2013, I again sent them an email, as we had not had a reply.

Then I receive a very (outright rude) reply via email opening as follows: "Dear Mr AND Mrs Lubbe
HELLOPETER COMPLAINT
ACCOUNT NUMBER - LROY01H4"

Furthermore they write: "We apologise if the content of our correspondence dated 22 February did not meet with your approval.
Mr Lubbe, according to our records, is the primary owner of the week and therefore his initials, surname, postal address as well as email address are the primary addresses on record for correspondence purposes. We can change or add your email address if so required.

I am so fed up with poor service. If they have my husband listed as the primary owner, why bother to send me the SMS re the levy account? I am going to post this whole incident on my Facebook page as well for all to see.
