I bought points from Flexiclub in October 2012 and paid in cash for the points. Contract nr 252002 dated 29 October 2012. No points to date has been credited to my account. After numerous phone calls, e mails etc nobody at the Club seems to be able or willing to help me. It is 5months now since I bought something that I never received. Nobody seems to care and the only response I get is "we will get back to you" which never realise.
