My name is Sizwe from Cape Town. I have been travelling about four times a year using Greyhound bus's services for 7 years. I have most of the time been greatly impressed with your service. I am referring to good quality of driving and comfort on your buses.
Some of your customer consultants are great and those that come to mind are Grace (Cape Town office) and Leonne (Bellvile office). I always enjoy the friendliness of your Cape Town drivers like Solly, William and JP. Yes I have been on broken down buses but i understand that such things happen.
The only area I can think of which you need to improve on is in your call centre. Some agents especially females (Please understand I am not sexist), lack energy, interest and enthusiasm to assist. Maybe some more communication training and monitoring are needed.
I like your points system for loyal passengers and I have been a beneficiary of free tickets several times. Keep doing the good work.
