The conditions of the buses traveling between Umtata and JHB is appalling. Greyhound is the most expensive couch on this route and you would expect first class service which is not the case. On the 3rd Aug, i was traveling from Umtata to JHB the bus we were traveling on was driving at 5-10 km/h on a hill, (we sent another bus, which was also old) as a result we arrived in JHB 3 hrs behind schedule. The buses are old, some of the chairs are non-adjustable, some are loose and the worst of all, there are cockroaches on the bus... COCKCROACHES!!! this is really disgusting.. why can't we be given proper buses..we are definitely not getting our money's worth.
