On the 4th of Feb I posted a report on your site detailing the horrific experience I had with Qantas both on the ground prior to my departure from Sydney and on board with the offensive and unqualified air stewards.
I received a response from a Qanats representative nearly immediatly saying that they would like me to forward the full complaints letter and it will be passed on to customer care.
I have now recevied an email from another customer care representative saying that they are sorry for my experience and it wont happen again!
Seriously Qantas - wake up!! your customer care is absolutely atrocious! This is 2013 and with the economy as it is you should be fighting for customers to sepnd/fly with you. It wont happen again because I will do everything possible to avoid flying Qantas or dealing with your useless people again!
I specifically requested that I be notified of how the situation will be deat with and what action would be taken to avoid similar situations - obviosuly I got nothing of the sort.
I am quite sure my letter was tossed away with the millions of other complaints!!
Emirates, SAA And Virgin are far better options when looking to fly anywhere
