I requested that my husband's email address be used for all correspondence from Easy Holidays on 30 January 2013. Since 2 February 2013 I could not log into the website. Our correspondence email details were updated on 7 February 2013 but our login details were now also changed. I informed them of the problem and I received an email on 11 February 2013 and the login details were given to me. The username and password did not work and I requested that it should be reset on the same day. The lady requested the IT Department 2 times to look into the problem. Raakhee Van Straaten gave excellent service from the start but I am disappointed in the service provided by the IT Department. I am still not able to log into the website and it is now 19 February 2013.
