August 2012offices of Easy Holidays, sales person: Desmin. Upon going through the contract and the sale i was hesistant to take up the contract and voiced that we would not be interested as my husband and i were planning our wedding, Desmin then called upon Karen Naidoo to "assist" him on the sale - at this stage we were told that if we take this contract we would receive a voucher for a honeymoon to Kenya. My husband and I thought "wow" ok in that case sign us up. I then asked Desmin, so with the voucher all we have to pay for is flights. His response"yes, just make sure you book it through our flight centre". After signing at the very end we were given the voucher to Kenya in the pack of our contract copy. Year later September12th 2013, i contacted easy holidays to get flight quotes & was surprised receiving a quote for payment of the accommodation in Kenya as well. I contacted Easy Holidays to learn Desmin as left & they cant help me because they dont know what he said! after deliberating, Karen advised the I.T department will try & track the sale discussion, STILL waiting because IT as to go into archives. I wanted to go on holiday in Dec.2013.Had me sign a contract on FALSE PROMISES!
