I flew from KSIA to Lanseria on 7 February 2013 at 06h00. I parked my car for a total of 3.5 days and my bill should have been roughly R200.00 whereas i was charged R320.00. when i queried it with the lady at the pay point, she was extremely rude to me. After some of my own investigation with a supervisor escorting me we came to the conclusion that passengers/customers were conned because of the poor display of signage. Your own supervisor brought to my attention that this is unacceptable and alot complains have arised from this issue. I feel that it is necessary for me to report this matter to the media and show the public how we are getting ripped off. I need clarity on this matter asap as i am a frequent flyer.
