The biggest problem with QVC (VRS) is, that the resorsts that they have on offer, are not their own. Whenever you want to book for a week or so at Sun City, the answer you get, is that they do not own the resort, that the resort is "privately owned" by RCI etc. and that you have to wait for the availability lists to see if you could get a booking.
Whenever you get angry, you are just ignored.
We now did a booking at Sun City, which we received with some luck, but after confirmation, we are now informed, that there will be no cleaning services!!! How rediculous is this??? If we take the same money, that we pay to QVC per year, we can have a 10 day holiday in a luxury spa with top services!!! I would like to start a petition, to get the money back that we paid for this, since what we are getting, is certainly not what was promised to us.
