I am disgusted by your Cape Town Branch level of customer services, they do not deal with things correctly, they don't answer the phone, If i speak to your Durban branch they are polite, helpful but they cannot help me, Only CPT can,
my ticket was on hold (Kth418)
and Chesna (021 449 6942) was paid and given the ticket on friday to sort out on saturday morning, This has still not been done, Read the system notes and get back to me,
The ticket does not need to be canceled, it needs to be issued,
Not even customer services JHB call centre returned my call as they promised they would

Very disappointed by Translux CPT, seems you are paying for the name like NIKE or ADIDAS or???
since Friday nothing has been done, i have spent over R500 airtime to get no where,
i am starting a new job on monday and i will not be there due to the lack of staff being able to perform their daily tasks

Very appauled, disappointed and disgusted
Have you ever felt STUCK in a place you don't want to be because your staff just don't care
People should get fired or leave if they don't want to work
