Poor service and bad attitude

I fly SAA internationally on a regular basis and find their business class Boabab lounge absolutely appalling.
The so called snacks are not comsumable to humans it's a mess. I wondered what it was they put in the little cellophane packet, I asked them and they mumbled sandwich or something, it did not look like a sandwich to me, besides when I complained at the front desk I was greeted with very bad attitude. Is this SA's national carrier? I hope not as it does not represent anything south african which I stand for. Shame on SAA.
