Billed twice for same ticket

On 7th Dec I tried to book single tickets for myself and my daughter on the Internet from Kulula from Joh to George. My card payment would not go through so I phoned them and a lady helped me she said that she could see that I had tried. She also confirmed that the single price was R897 per person When my credit card statement arrived it reflected two payments of R1794 When I queried this Quincy told me to fax the statement and the ticket to him. After a week I had not heard from him so I phoned again Only to be told they had lost the documents and I must resend. A week later I again called him and he then tried to convince me that a single ticket cost R1794 We then spoke to Hilton at George air[port he agreed that it was impossible for a single ticket to cost R1794 and he would sort it out. Todate 3 weeks later I am still waiting. I have just contacted Hilton again and he now tells me it is going to take 6 to 8 weeks to resolve. Not once has anyone come back to me I have had to chase them all the time and then get fobbed off with ridiculous excuses.
