Vacation Hub International / false information/refuse cancellation

I have sent the following email to Vacation Hub International requesting cancellation of membership and the repayment of my deposit on 22 May 2018
"I would ask that this letter serves as my notice of cancellation for membership M P Terblanche no. 502635 with immediate effect.
The reasons for my decision are as follows:
We, my husband and I, attended a presentation of your company at Shakespeare Inn in Vanderbijlpark on 14 March 2018 and found it an attractive possibility.
After the presentation, Mr Errol Van der Westhuizen introduced himself as one of your consultants and explained (sell) the benefits of becoming a member.
We were not interested in the core product because all you are “buying “are vacation discount vouchers at an astronomical price. However the secondary product namely the selling of my Bonus Break options at Flexi Club tickled our fancy.
But this is where the pôpô hits the fan, as Mr van der Westhuizen kick into first gear with his fake and I believe deliberate false information and promises.
• He told us that VHI will sell some of the Bonus Breaks of my Flexi Club Membership to customers(mostly foreigners) and that I will in this way receive up to an amount of R80 000 per anum which will then cover my investment in VHI and even make a profit.
He guaranteed me 10 Bonus Break sales per annum to the value of R8000 each

• He went one step further and said that he will be so kind to postpone the entry date of the first debit order to 1 of May 2018 and in so doing, I would have received my money for the first bonus Break they sold before the first payment is due. What a joke, I was not even an active member before the first debit order was presented!

• As I was very curious about the discounts on offer I asked him when I will have access to their portal. We were told within 48 hours after signing up for membership! But we had to learn later activation is only after 8 to 12 weeks. What a lie! "

A lady Elsabe Labuchagne phoned and my husband explained to her the whole story again. I was then phoned by Faranaaz Möller who said she was now handling the matter and had to send her the email again. I then received the following email
"We take note of your email and the contents thereof.

We are proud that our service agreement, as well as all our actions, are in line with the Consumer Protection Act. We regret that we cannot resolve the issue with you but advise that we are always available should you wish to honor the agreement with us. Kindly refer to the Acknowledgment and Authorization to proceed whereby you had endorsed understanding, acknowledgment, and acceptance of the terms thereof. You have entered into a legal and binding agreement and remain liable for all obligations contained therein.

I insist that membership be canceled and my money be paid back
