LATE DEPARTURES NO NOTICE, NO UPDATES ON INTERNET

My mother is on her way to me in Cape Town. We only have three days to spend here. We especially booked for her to fly from Lanseria, so that it would be less stressful for her, 77 years. She has been sitting at the airport now since 5:00 in the morning to depart at 06.45.

They have not yet departed. it is 08:30 already. No notice is available on any flight schedules as to when they will depart, not even that the flight is delayed!!! We paid R2000 for this flight, the same price as what SAA would charge, and we get ZERO service!!! Who is supposed to inform the passengers WHEN the flight will depart?

I am soooo fedup with this lazed back reluctance to deliver service. every hour COUNTS - why does south africa not understand this??? Why does Mango not value their clients?
