We bked flights through Mango & due to unforeseen circumstances needed to cancel one ticket. This is allowed according to the Consumer Act so long as you pay a reasonable admin fee and cancel within a reasonable period of time, despite most airlines trying their luck with their own no refund on cancellations policy. I contacted Mango's refund division early in Jan via email & had no response I then spoke with their Head office who put me in touch with Wallie Veldtsman who asked Mazuki Mtshizana & Lebogang Kwapeng to deal with my refund request which has not happened to date. This is unacceptable service from Mango's employees & I now know why they need to be affiliated with SAA, in order to keep them financially afloat because I'm quite sure with service like this their customer base must be dwindling daily never mind their blatant disregard for the rulings of the Consumer Act.
