Unscheduled route

My sister was travelling from Queenstown overnight to Bellville on 09/12/13. They left Somerset West at around 7H10 heading to Bellville but the driver decided to go to Cape Town first. This is inconsiderate on his part and inconvenience to us because i've made arrangements with my friend to pick my sister. Now we were both late for work because the driver did not want to be stuck in traffic on his way from Bellville to Cape Town. This is not a scheduled route. They must understand that we pay for the service they provide so they are not doing us a favour. This is not the first time it is happening; in June my mother arrived around 3H00 in the morning because the driver did not take the scheduled route, she had to stay at the Cape Town station because i did not have transport to pick her up at that time of the day. I had lodged this complaint but seeing that the drivers are still doing what they please i'm not sure if this was ever addressed.
