It is well and good to spend R100 million to build the mall but to spend Zero to maintain it?? Your security, the place is extremely dirty, the entrance booms hardly work, there are beggars everywhere including inside the mall, the toilets are disgusting, the lifts never work. Do yourself a favour Mr Mia, hire a "PROPER" management company to look after the place and we will remain loyal to your establishment. Sandton, Rosebank, The Glen have more than double the foot traffic but is very well taken care of. Learn from the rest and catch up with 2014.
