I have been trying to make a booking for our holiday (OUT OF SEASON) for any 2 weeks in Feb, but there is no available resorts in South Coast Natal or North Coast Natal or Garden Route! Our only spesifications is that it should be walking distance from the beach and it must be child friendly! I have phoned and mailed and tried online bookings myself!!! They have send me 2 refrence numbers but that is it!!! NO further replies!!! Phoned call centre couple of times and I had a bath while trying to get through... you wait for ever and a day and all they can tell you is SORRY MAM, WHE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE FOR THAT PERIOD OF TIME. Think I should go with OLX advert and SELL IT!!! Last year we paid for the holiday ourself at private resort for the same reason! What is the use of having time share and you can't use it?? This is pethettic really!!!
