Quality Vacation Club (qvc)
After two days of trying to get through

After trying for two days to get through to the call centre, each time I called back I was told that I am caller number 11... A company as large as VRS has a limited number of call centre operators... When one is at the office it is ridiculous to hold on for 35 minutes before you can be attended to!!!
Please either employ more staff or have an alternative system to contact your offices...
