I am a frequent traveller and have visited countless lounges. The slow lounge is world class and superb and in my opionion ranks among the best premier lounges available. Most of the complaints listed on hellopeter are due to people simply not understanding the rules of use pertaining to slow ie minimum spend etc.
i strongly believe that is necessary (ie min spend criteria plus understanding of peak and off peak periods) and qualifying spend etc to PREVENT overcrowding. One expects a calm, relaxing enviroment and now a rowdy "train station" scenario. Familiaring yourself with the rules is your responsibility and these terms and conditions are quite clearly listed on the website.
This lounge in my opinion is superb. I use it at least once a month even though i hold a diners card and have the option of using the other lounges.
