I road from cape town back to Johannesburg on the 04 January with SA Road link, i regret ever doing so, the bus service was utterly disgusting from the air cons not working and being told the gas is finished and the drivers having an attitude about it, to cockroaches walking along the ceiling and on our bags, to the uncomfortableness of the seats, your Bus is unaccommodating towards kids in fact it is quite inhumane, my daughter and other passengers that had kids, had to ride with our kids on our laps the whole way which was not a pleasant situation it was hot and we had no space. I paid R1200 to ride on a glorified putco bus, i was so disgusted once we were on the road, we had to ride on a bus that was like a pik it up truck with seats nothing was nice about that trip, the bus driver sped all the way, we were only given 15 minutes the 2 times we did stop to stretch our legs or even buy food.
I will never in my life ride on your disgusting bus again, I'm am sure that people that do ride on there have no choice but to, but i will never put my feet in your bus again, it is disgusting they way you think people should be transported and then you still charge so much for such.
