I am so disappointed with Safari now, I booked at Villa Sunar Lamar in December for a Holiday in Cape Town and their website was very appealing and their pamphlets reflected a beautiful place, and the owner told me that the self catering apartment had 2 bed with en suite bathrooms and queen sized beds only to discover when we got there that it wasn't the truth. There was only one bedroom with the en suite bathroom and the beds were both double beds. The place was very dirty with many defects and it was nowhere close to what we saw on the pamphlets. I called Safari now and spoke to Heath Zimri and he told me they cant help me because we only complained on the day of arrival, I mean I am from Joburg and I thought since I booked through them I wouldn't have to worry, I even sent him the pictures of the place and he didn't even get back to me to assure me that they were looking into the matter. The apartment is at an apartment block called Falcon Crest, room number 43 in Tygervalley Cape Town. The funny thing is that Heath also told me that, that apartment has been renovated which show that they don't verify their claims.
