Charged for a service that was not delivered

We decided to use a greyhound bus for our vacation from JHB to CT. Family of four with two kids age 5 & 8 on business class. There was no TV, DVD, MUSIC or RADIO as advertised on the Dreamliner Buses. The TV screen had a no signal sign all the time.
I paid over R9000 for the trip and this is not what I expected. A service sold on false advertisement was not granted. I am not looking for an apology. I paid for an un maintained service that never worked. Please refund the portion of my money that is intended for entertainment.

The explanation received, was nobody knows what is wrong. Also called the call center and informed them about this negligence but I was informed to go write a letter.
