Staff on the bus from montrose stop to durban, on the 22nd december 2013 were very unprofessional and rude, don't recall the names but it was two lady attenders, something sould be done about their attitudes, also I travelled with my baby girl of age 3 and their were cochroachs on the bus I couldn't rest as I was scared to fall asleep as these creatures were everywhere, what is done about the condition of the buses we pay so much to travel on? One ticket to dbn from jhb is R400 and we pay the same fee for a child that didn't even sit in her seat, R400 to sit for 8hours in an infested bus with rude and unfriendly staff, I find this highly unethical and unacceptable as I was under the impression that Greyhound was the best. Something has to be done about staff and the bus conditions.
