To whom it may concern, I have take a bus at Durban @ 11 on 26 December but the airconditioner was leaking all the way from durban, we got to Pietermaritzburg we told that will wait for 15 min for the new bus, its been an hour now and I didn't pay my money to get to Park station at night, I am very. Unhappy with this service and 2 hrs later we stil at PMB and called the call center and Janice call center agent was very unhelpful and she told me that the bus wil be here in 30 min and it has not arrived and bus driver has no idea ether... you advertise dependable, is this depandable?
