British Airways Comair
First class service

Whilst in Zimbabwe without internet access and unable to book flights online last minute, both Natashia Schoeman (Customer Relations) and Fahmeeda Fakier (Special Services Manager) worked together to make my bookings and pre-seat me as per my Executive Club preferences. Genuinely committed to good service on every trip I make - not found on any other SA based airline. Thanks for making travel easier for Executive Club members.
