What do you as a member think when you find out that and has been committed - your points, you've left messages and management doesn't have the common decency to answer your calls? So the staff member has been fired and will have criminal charges brought against him/her if the money isn't paid back - well the / wouldn't have occurred if they had the money - so they will likely end up in prison anyway! Does that help me? NO - I still don't have my points back - nor any answers (basic common courtesy) from management. Can I then gather there were other staff complicit in this - what the is going on? How many other STAFF members are involved? Why was I not informed, when a NEW consultant tried to SELL ME MORE Points, that my usual consultant had been suspended pending the investigation - it's just downright dishonest and I have LOST ALL FAITH in this organisation! To date the ONLY communication I have had is with the fired employee - who, while remorseful, cannot help me. Shame on you - how many other members are NOT even aware of your shady dealings??
