I booked for SleepLiner but i was thrown into Main

I bought a ticket for sleepyLiner but when it was time to board the bus i was throw into mainliner because they said the bus haven been overbooked, Im claiming for my refund for the different but no lucky.
Im conducting the customer protection council.
