I have now called 4 times to get access to the sabc customer website. I lost my password and requested and got a temporary password to login. When I attempt to login, a message that my account is not found appears. Every time I call, I am requested to wait an hour and then login and change my password, update my details and pay my licence. This just does not happen. I am not prepared to spend hours on the phone at my expense any longer.
