I am also a disgruntled GTASA member. I bought my membership as far back as 2010 and wish I never did. I have never used their services. I went to a presentation and the rep sat with me through the whole of the following presentation trying to convince me to buy into this scheme. His ploy was that because I had Holiday Club points I could make money by letting them rent out my points. The one and only time they phoned me to ask if they could use my points I refused. For my points for the year I would at least of expected to get my full years levy I had to pay in but they offered even less that that. This is besides the money I actually paid for the points to start with!
I have countless times sent them emails, made phone calls as I want to sell my points, and guess what no one has come back to me. You get an email acknowledging your email but thats all you get. I have already thought of putting Debra Patta onto them to expose them. I just phoned again today but you know what, I am sure the same is going to happen. Once I was telephonically told that I should try and sell it myself. I want them to market it.
