I just want to warn everybody about this company they are a and are excellent at taking money away from old pensioners. All I want is to cancel my contract with them and they can hide behind all the legalese they want to but its still a rip off. Where have you heard of not being able to cancel a contract of membership??? They tell you it's only possible in between January and may so that they can charge you extra year fees! Please be warned away from them everybody. I am very unhappy with their response on hello Peter because this is unfairness. The only option for me is to take legal advice and go to the consumer protection ombudsman. I want my instructions for cancellation as per my written request last month to be enacted.
