Cancellation of Contract

I was retrenched last November 2012 and fell pregnant immediately after losing my job. Due to a complicated pregnancy I was unable to work temp or on a casual basis. My husband is self employed and the money he earns barely covers our bond and food for the month. I have indicated this dilemma to Flexi Club from the start of the retrenchment and highlighted to them that we are unable to pay the monthly fees as well as levies. No help came from their side, all the staff we spoke to were not able to even attempted to grant us a rehab facility to help us pay the monthly debit order in parts. I have sent numerous e mails, letters, faxes and documents proving that I have lost my job. I even went as far to ask them whether they would even care if we lost our only asset, our house, in order to pay the monthly debit order. Besides ongoing anxiety, stress and relentless frustration, we receive monthly calls about our bill and Flexiclub even went as far to hand us over to lawyers. Roughly speaking we have R5000 balance which is almost impossible for us to settle. Please help us Peter, there has never been resort availibility when I call them yet we have to pay exorbitant fees.
