Bus does not drive route stated on website

Hi

I would just like to inform you that on Fridays the Rocklands bus that comes from Tygervalley centre doe snot follow its normal route every Friday as usually the bus would come to Bellville terminus about 17:30 but for the past few weeks the bus did not show at all leaving me and many other customers waiting for an hour just to get a bus which shouldn't be the case as when I contact you call centre they advise that buses run every 30 minutes around that time to Rocklands

Please inform your timetables has changed or if this is just a driver that drives his own route as this is very irritating especially since it is on a weekend and everyone wants to get home
