No feedback after s week

I logged a complain last week n I received s respond saying someone will contact me and to this day I still dont have feedback. What kind of operation is kulula running here. This is by far tbe most unpleasant service I have ever experienced. I can strongly say I am disgusted and I will never use this second grade company again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. This is so annoying
