SURPRISE, SURPRISE just as I thought and actions or lack therof, just goes to prove Kulula does not care about customer service! and are just so blatantly arrogant. A week has passed and no-one from Kulula has called! I refer to my previous complaint which has jus tbeen ignored - the message is going out loud and clear - Kulula does not take their clients seriously - No wonder they dont want others to join the industry because then they will be shown up for what they are and loose business!! Cant wait for Skywise and a. n other to take to the skies!
