KULULA - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!

I have had an on going complaint with Kulula for over a week. I have sent many emails and not one of them has been responded to.
I think there is a BIG problem with this company that cannot respond to their customers.
Well, you can stick your Kulula where the sun don't shine, I will not be using you again, nor will my company.
MANGO, MANGO, MANGO When are you flying the Lanseria - Durban route???
